People too often think that healthy means something – fat, skinny, fit, active, lazy, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, blood levels, muscle mass, fat percentage, weight WHATEVER. Healthy really just means that – healthy. It means you feel your best – physically, emotionally and spiritually – whatever that looks like for you.
